A changing world

In a changing world, what we consume, follow and give our energy to is evolving.

A time where vertical influence finds itself garnering attention and what was once consumed blindly becomes unpalatable.

Yet, despite how chaotic its appearance, this is an important time.

As the glue that once bound such structures together is dissolving and layers of truth are unfolding.

On the world stage, metaphorically expressed, it looks like having the lights suddenly switched on. Where the haze of glamour dissolves, and the illusion becomes impossible to ignore.

Uncomfortable, yes. Embarrassing, maybe. Confronting, definitely. Yet the starkness brings deep significance… it signals an energetic handover.

A switch from illusion to illumination and that is important, because the light illuminates all things including the stark beauty of this world.

And so it is indeed timely, an opportunity to review our part, including the influences we currently look towards and allow us to observe the ways they do or do not align to the world we wish to create.

After all, systems are empowered by those who give their energy to them.

That said, as in any long standing relationship, it requires partaking in the humbling job of digesting having played a part in its dysfunction. And that too is important.

Because, in these moments it is all too easy to point the finger.

Yet, at the most fundamental level it’s a form of distraction, really.

A means to inadvertently deny our power to co-create, and the impact of our choices.

And this is dangerous.

Because despite what we may wish to claim, we are indeed co-creating in every moment, through every thought, deed and action.

The question is, are we consciously co-creating?

A shift from wanting our hands to appear clean, to a willingness to actually work on that, and to look at the reality already within, a necessary medicine for healing.

When we are radically honest about our inner health, a natural orientation towards true wellness arises.

Qualities like discernment, balance, free thinking, personal agency, liberation and most importantly self responsibility become preferential.

We are much harder to manipulate, naturally more sovereign and willing to contribute what’s best for the whole.

We see this naturally occurring phenomenon in thriving ecosystems.

In biology, a strong and healthy cell contributes by responding to the signals of the whole. It takes only what it needs. It communicates and contributes, thus behaving in a way that indicates overall homeostasis depends upon the strength of the individual cell as well as systemic balance.

A unhealthy cell, on the other hand, ignores the signals of the system. It over consumes, over replicates, refuses feedback and ultimately destabilises the organism it depends upon.

In a system like humanity, this too is naturally occurring.

We only have to look a little deeper to see there have been many clues of these “healthy and unhealthy influential cells” sprinkled all around us.

And if we allow ourselves, we will feel them within us.

All of which speaks to an undeniable truth.

𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓬𝔂 𝓪𝓼 𝓪 𝓷𝓮𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓻𝔂 𝓼𝓾𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓹𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻.

Socrates taught enquiry centred on what already existed within the student as unrealised potential.

Albert Bandura’s work explored self efficacy, highlighting that when people are witnessed as capable, they begin to see themselves as such.

Jung taught that we often place our unclaimed authority, wisdom or divinity onto others, and that balance arises through reclaiming it.

“Healthy cells” model a deeply inward LOVE-led orientation through which thriving, rather than fear based survival dynamics, becomes possible.

Because 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝓪𝓽 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓱𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓮𝓼𝓽 𝓸𝓬𝓽𝓪𝓿𝓮 naturally elevates and calls you forward.

Not the abstract kind, but the kind where qualities such as truth, discernment, responsibility, compassion, unity and wisdom are intentionally honed and cultivated.

This love is embodied and therefore powerful.

Energetically speaking, the heart generates a powerful electromagnetic field that can entrain the rhythms of nearby nervous systems, meaning there is incredible power that lies within each and every one of us.

When we hold higher frequencies in our own hearts, our entire field reorganises around that coherence, and that coherence radiates outward.

In this way, each of us is a stabilising node on the planet, where we may anchor the energy needed, such as clarity, harmony and higher consciousness into the collective field.

And therein lies a profound remembrance…

𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓗𝓸𝓹𝓲 people knew this. They were known as the “peaceful ones”. They understood humanity as guardians of an ancient covenant between the Earth and the sky, called to walk in balance.

Their teachings remind us that when humanity forgets its sacred origin, imbalance grows and it is through the heart that we restore balance.

So in these transitional times, be invited to look beyond the veils of that which seeks to reinforce illusion, harvest fear, gather followers, adoration, wealth or promise saviourship, towards that which mirrors and calls you into true agency.

Because this type of power sustains and creates a truly harmonious and loving world.
